We proudly offer raw, local honey harvested right here in North Carolina. Each season, we typically keep two distinct varieties in stock — a light honey with a mild, delicate sweetness and a darker honey with a richer, more robust flavor profile. The color and taste of each harvest reflect the unique blooms our bees visit throughout the year.

Because honey is a natural, seasonal product that we harvest only once per year, our supply is limited. Once a variety sells out, it’s gone until the next harvest season. We encourage you to stock up while it’s available and experience the taste of local nectar in every jar.
